At Chlolo Designs, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For the reasons such as the order being unreasonably late, receiving the wrong item, or the item being damaged, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment processor’s policies.

Please note that, the shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing, please get in touch at support@chlolodesigns.com and we will do our best to exchange your product.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please mail your product to: 4-1-13-805 Hiroo, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan 150-0012. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
